Mills group where contacted to do QBE warranty work on our house. Wish we had never got them involed. Still waiting months for work to be completed. They have very low standards of work. They have done work on the house next door and same issue.
We recently had a complete bathroom modification which required the whole bathroom to be gutted. The project was seamless from start to finish and we couldn't be happier. The whole team were so professional. They were always on time and could not do enough for us. I would definitely recommend Mills Group for any renovation projects. From start to finish the bathroom renovation was a surprisingly pleasant experience. Carly really listened to my special needs and showed empathy and understanding that my requirements were "out of the box", as my disability is rare. Her assistance with choosing tiles, tapware and colours was much appreciated. She pointed out the pros and cons and made it much easier to make decisions.
