Mills Group completed work on an alfresco at my home after the original builder went into liquidation and QBE Insurance became involved. The process ran smoothly and the workmanship was excellent. Aaron, the supervisor was professional and easy to work with.
Mills group where contacted to do QBE warranty work on our house. Wish we had never got them involed. Still waiting months for work to be completed. They have very low standards of work. They have done work on the house next door and same issue.
From start to finish the bathroom renovation was a surprisingly pleasant experience. Carly really listened to my special needs and showed empathy and understanding that my requirements were "out of the box", as my disability is rare. Her assistance with choosing tiles, tapware and colours was much appreciated. She pointed out the pros and cons and made it much easier to make decisions.
