This has been the worst experience Ive ever had at a shop. These people are a complete joke. It took them two separate appointments, and roughly 5-6 hours just to do an alignment. Had to bring it back the second time because the steering wheel was crooked. I have now been sitting here for over an hour waiting for an oil change and tire rotation.
