It took the very last time of taking my truck in for their true colors to show. I spent more than what I was comfortable with paying for to get my timing chain fixed in July 2022. I take it for the regular oil change, tire rotation/realignment in November 2024. I get a long voicemail from Bryan about my timing chain and something else about not being able to realign my rear passenger tire.
