Poor communication and planning. They came out back in January to look at a fence we wanted repaired. Only spent 5 minutes and sent us a quote to accept. After not hearing back from them for months, we called and they said someone will call to schedule, well weeks went by and nothing. We called again, and they finally came out in June to repair the fence, well barely repaired. Filled a big hole and a couple new rails but the fence still wasn't repaired.
