I had an extremely distressing experience with this company. In my opinion, they failed to exercise due diligence in a situation involving serious legal and custodial concerns. Despite the existence of active legal proceedings, including what I believe were CBSA and RCMP alerts, the company proceeded in a way that, to me, seemed reckless and insensitive to the best interests of the children involved.
