I had an extremely distressing experience with this company. In my opinion, they failed to exercise due diligence in a situation involving serious legal and custodial concerns. Despite the existence of active legal proceedings, including what I believe were CBSA and RCMP alerts, the company proceeded in a way that, to me, seemed reckless and insensitive to the best interests of the children involved. I cannot recommend Nathan highly enough. Myself and my two children had our passports seized at Vancouver airport due to a high conflict family law dispute. I had to fly to the UK for a work contract — giving me just 24 hours to resolve the issue — or I would lose a substantial amount of money that I need to support my family as a single immigrant mother in Canada. Also, he listens to the whole situation and context and advocated for me and as I requested to deal with things amicably and he tried to keep costs to a minimum even when the other parties were difficult and misrepresented information to go to court for no reason, Nathan was there to explain the whole legal process so it wasn't so scary.
