Good product, terrible customer service. Instructions look like they were obtained from China. 3 pictures and 9 "instructions" that read as if a kindergarten wrote them. Called to ask if they had a video they could provide and the response I received was "hahaha, we've used those instructions for the last 35 years". Well, that makes sense, someone wrote this in 1991 and they haven't taken any time to update their instructions.
