On 11/17/2025, Installation services were provided for Mills Electric out of Ft. Lauderdale, FL on a home in Washington state. After installation was completed (photos for proof), the payment was remitted by credit card without issue. The customer then cancelled the charge through PayPal as a charge back on 12/15/25 with stated reasoning for chargeback as “buyer never received the item”.
