After a previous contractor walked off the job and tried to shift legal and logistical burdens onto me, I was left in a difficult and uncertain position. That’s when Bobby stepped in and clearly explained what needed to be done and how Mills would get us back on track. Thanks to Bobby and the team at Mills, the roof was completed promptly, correctly, and without further stress. They didn’t just fix a roof, they fixed a mess someone else left behind.
Mills Construction recently completed a beautiful addition to our home and remodeled our kitchen. The communication and professionalism through the project was spot on. The quality of work was excellent and we cannot say enough about Sheryl and Danna in their Villages office and their team in their corporate office in Ocala. We highlyrecommendthem.
Looking at the reviews, they may be good for new construction but do not use them for smaller remodeling jobs. Had them put in a Florida Room for me. The windows don't lock. The door leaks a lot when it rains and the back patio needs to be redone. I have asked numerous times for the warranty info for the doors and windows and they have not given them to me. They were very transparent, and provided us with great suggestions/options that aligned with our budget. Their experience and knowledge was evident and we had a lot of trust in them and their capabilities.
