Wrong beds delivered, wrong replacements the second time around. As well as one box spring and mattress were damaged and seemed to be previously used. Horrible experience and wouldn't recommend them to anybody.

Austen sold me a mattress months ago and has reached out to me to assure it is still in good condition. Not only looking to make a sale, rather interested in finding the right bed for you and then making sure it is still the right bed after you’ve had it a while. Great customer service!

To be honest, I was dreading walking into a mattress store. With a 2 day old baby and a 20 month toddler at home, I was desperate to find a same-day mattress that would be good for my toddler and I didn't want to spend a bunch of time with a salesman. I'm glad I made the choice to walk through the doors today, however. I was met at the door by a well dressed, well groomed gentleman who introduced himself as Isaiah. My family has purchased 3 mattresses from the mills civic store and have received excellent service and products. Kevin and John are great to work with.
