Service team is awful. Don’t come here take your car elsewhere
Service team is a joke. If you need your car serviced avoid this dealership. They will half ass your work and the girl at the desk is very arrogant
Please read for your safety. Worst experience I’ve had a dealership ever doing maintenance on a vehicle and everyone should be warned. I brought in my 2019 Jeep Compass for simple and basic services. I called a month ahead to schedule this appointment listing off the things I needed completed. went in for an alignment shop was unable to complete alignment due to "a worn out bolt". rather than call the customer they close out the work order and bill full price. the bolt they claimed I needed was 30 bucks and there was 46 available at auto zone alone. didn't check the other part stores but I'd imagine inventory being similar. the service manager lied to me said the adjustment they couldn't fix won't cause issues with tire wear. The worst customer service ever I had to come in after 3 .5 hours and she said she didn't care if I lost some Business!!!!!!@ so sad got a 0 or less
