I had went there about 6 months ago I had metal in my eyes they got it out but they said I didn’t ow me anything to then e few months ago they called me to tell me I own the money and I tried to call them multiple time told then when a good time to give me a call back and they call me at 8am when I’m in the middle of working very annoying

No. Just no. I was referred here, and honestly, you couldn’t pay me to go back. I saw Laura Grant and she was absolutely rude. She also sent me on a wild goose chase to have a procedure done at various facilities that couldn’t even do them, and then had the nerve to turn around and tell me I was lying because she didn’t like the messages from those facilities that I was relaying to her. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Don’t waste your time here.
No one their can communicate properly. Went in over a week ago for eye problems, was told I need Cataract Surgery, this was a Friday. Doctor told me someone from their office would contact my Retinal Specialist to see if its needed to be see first or that we can proceed and their office would get back with me. Been almost two weeks and no one has called me. I call today and now I am being told I was supposed to call? Why would a patient have to call to find this out!!!! Horrible. Frustrating.
I’m a new patient with issues with my contacts. Dr Boyd and her team were great! They continued to help me and found the right fitting contacts for me. Lisa was awesome! She provided samples to try and then expedited my order. I would highly recommend them.
