i would give them more than 5 stars if i could! i had several body issues with my Volvo xc90 plug in and they fixed all of them!!! my neighbor recommended them and they were fantastic. great work, great price, fabulous customer service. Can't say enough good things about them!!!
If I could rate them higher I would. I can’t recommend this place enough. We had major damage to the exterior of my car from a nearby car wash. Victor and his team took care of it from the first time I pulled in for a consult. They answered all questions (even those I didn’t know to ask), made the repairs without me needing to get in the middle of them and the insurance company, and did everything promptly with excellent communication. I cannot say enough good things about Victor, George, and their family-run body shop. From start to finish, they were an absolute pleasure to work with. While I've had more experiences with Millis Collision Center than I'd like to admit, they have all been fantastic. Victor is very personable and always addresses my concerns. When my brakes stopped working properly Victor sent a tow truck to pick up my car the same day. The team always works efficiently without compromising quality and I always pick up my car cleaner than when I dropped it off. Millis Collision Center provides amazing costumer service and has always made me feel like a priority.
