Always reliable, quality work!
10/10 recommend. They took amazing care of my car. They were so kind as well. Car looked brands new after being serviced. I didn’t have to worry about anything. They helped me contact the insurance and rental company as well. In fact the rental was outside ready at the shop as soon as I pulled in!
Nice people but very Poor quality of work. Referred by insurance company after being rear ended. The back hatch was replaced and the rear windshield was installed upside down. We had to return to have it fixed. They also forgot to order a part for the side mirror. After returning a 3rd time we left to find that they had forgot to install a part of the mirror, and so we had to come back a 4th time.
I had the rusting wheel wells of my 2015 Silverado replaced at Millis Collision and I could not be happier. Victor takes ownership and pride in his work. Showed me videos of the work in process to completion. Stayed late on Saturday to meet me to ensure I was satisfied. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend Millis Collision.
Honestly I have no idea how these people are still in business. My experience with them has been an absolute nightmare and from the people that I've talked to this is not out of the ordinary. I got into a car accident at the end of March and it damaged my driver side door and the pillar.
