I would give 6 stars if I could. MillionAir got me on their schedule for a diagnostic on very short notice, and Tunde came by at our scheduled time and was beyond professional. Tunde diagnosed the problem and gave tiered solutions with full transparency on what each would buy me. After waiting in the Texas heat for 3 hours while my wife and I figured out our finances, he went in and fixed our AC the same day. Great company. I had a water heater emergency and they called me asap to turn the water heater off and stop it from draining more. They are very responsive and very nice. I work with vendors all the time and they were very accommodating.
Their "ac emergency line" doesn't actually go anywhere, just sends you to an automatic voicemail. The ac unit they replaced less than a year ago (and taking almost a week to replace it from work start to finish) has already broken or wasn't fully correctly installed
Our technician was prompt and knowledgeable. He gave us a thorough system evaluation as well as diagnosed and remedied today's problems.
