Very frustrating. Tried calling to speak with someone about replacement parts but their automated message blames COVID for higher call volumes... hard to believe that's completely true as if they really have an influx of crib buyers and crib assemblers to such a great extent that they can't answer a single phone call. Doubtful... then then encourage you to go to their website for "faster" service or resolution. Their website is anything but faster... IF YOU NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM, FOR ANY REASON- TAKING A SPOON TO YOUR EYEBALL IS EASIER. I needed to return the Babyletto changing tray. It was 1 inch too long. I called there customer service number- they do not answer and just have a recording. They also require written approval for your return, and limit the time you have to send it back. I then emailed customer service the end of March, waited 5 days and emailed a second time since it needs to be returned to them by a set date. This company should be ashamed. Had their changing table less then 2 years and the top breaks through. Their weight limit says up to 30 pounds, which obviously isn't accurate. They refused to replace the product, stating it was discontinued after having only 2 years!! A waste of money and time putting the cheap product together. Do NOT purchase products for your baby from such an awful company, who only went to rob you blind, by selling you faulty products.
