As a preface, the dentist at this office are very good and I have no issues with them. However, the admin staff are very difficult to deal with. I requested not to be called unless it was urgent medical information. The staff advised that they put a note in my file but declined removing my phone number from the records. However, they then continued to call me about information that was not critical to my medical health. I left a review to that effect and I was then called once again by the same admin staff.
