Dr. Million is great. She diagnosed an issue I had for many years in one visit. She is kind, yet straight forward. On the other hand, One of her staff members is awful. She didn’t care that I was out of insulin and told me there was no one to cover since the doctor was off. She was rude, uncaring and had a terrible attitude. I agree the front desk needs work, but Dr. Million and her nurse are wonderful.
Would not recommend! Very bad experience with Dr, staff not helpful. Go any where but here.
No way! Asked her twice about issues, she ignored them. Her office is a desaster.
We like Dr. Million and her nurse. Top-notch. However, the receptionists are unprofessional, incompetent and rude. Heard of HIPPA? Sensitive, personal info required at check-in....and wait times of 30 minutes plus while receptionist tries to figure out computer screens. So hard to review. Like the do and nurse but the office staff is a HUGE deterrent....and catalyst for seeking care elsewhere.
Caring. Competent. Considerate of my time...keeps on schedule. Values my input.
I love Dr. Million! My family has been with her for almost 20 years, but I am tired of the RUDE front desk staff! I don't know where they find these people!? They are unfriendly & unhelpful! Time for new staff!!!
