Truly an amazing company. We bought 2 Toto Washlet toilets, and one had a defective seat that was not warming properly. Toto wanted to repair it, but I requested an exchange for a new one. The Toto company refused, and Million Decor stood behind the product and sent me a new one. Then we sent back the defective one to Toto. AMAZING service!

OMG!!! This is such a one stop shop!! They have EVERYTHING you need for a home remodel or renovation. I wish we could’ve found the store before we had purchased all of our appliances and fixtures. The more you buy the better the pricing. The owner and customer service is first class!! We purchased our Toto Bidet from them and they matched other vendors coming in lower.
