Today 02/28/2025 at 19:20 I’ve visited many FBOs across the US, but none compare to the exceptional customer service at this location. The two ladies at the front desk were outstanding. They called the hotel, offered a service, and were so kind and professional. I hope more FBOs will follow their example!
Normally I would not write a bad review but here we go. Fuelers were very nice but took an hour to fill the airplane. Which wouldn’t be terrible if the customer service inside wasn’t terrible. The girl working the front desk with purple hair needs an attitude adjustment. She works in customer service and has zero. She acts as if everyone is a bother to her while looking at her phone. People pay good money for fuel and choose to come here, so treat them with a little kindness. On a positive, popcorn, cookies and soda are good... read more
We were there for a week. Great service. Really all the staff is nice and helpful. Also the FBO is beautiful. Five stars all the way.
