I can't say enough good about the service from this company in regard to my Herman Miller chair. This is the second time I've had an issue with the chair not staying at the height setting. This time the chair had to be taken in for repair, and the repairman, a delightful guy named Carl, had a problem with his truck breaking down (he got to play traffic cop though!!), but he still got the chair fixed and returned to me the same day!
