Units, neighborhood and pool are all great, but the staff here is HORRENDOUS. Staff will often take a full business week or two to reply to emails or requests, leave the club house / front desk unattended for long periods during normal business hours, and most dangerous of all is they do NOT enforce rules to their own personal friends. People who are consistent problems, do not leash their dogs, and other awful things are permitted to do these things over and over again because staff refuses to intervene. Very nice community, we used the community room for my cousin's funeral reception. It's very comfortable, and a nice place to hold different activities with a large group.
I want to thank Destiny at the Millington for always being so helpful when any issues arise. This is a nice place to live, and dog friendly.
Why would you guys claim that you’re open from 8:30 to 5 PM when I’ve been sitting out here for over two hours and nobody has still come and it’s 23° outside and raining?… So why would you claim that you’re open at a certain time if you’re not?
