They are holding my 401k from me. Im only trying to roll it over to another institution but they said its on hold and they can't figure out why bc they have zero notes. Told me they'd call me in 5 business days. This should be illegal that you put my 401k on hold without an explanation. I told them why..its bc im not 59.5 but that isnt a requirement to rollover...only if you withdraw it. How no one in this company knows that means I am very worried about anyones money they have with milliman.

My brother passed away June 25, 2025. I was told I could get a hardship to bury him. I went on online to Millmen to apply for the hardship. It asked me how much I needed so I asked for 5,000 cause he would need a vase to put him in after cremation. The lady I talked to told me I could just sign the last page. And toss the another in the trash. She ask my what I had I told her I have the receipt from the funeral home. Then she asked was my name on it. I told her yes, she said send it. Notice the reviews and you’ll see a pattern. Those that are forced to use this vendor have the unfortunate circumstances of dealing with inept customer service and poor business practices. I hope my company finally moves on to a financial servicer that actually offers valuable capabilities and experts. Edit: most of the positive reviews are blank and suspect of the company trying to inflate their score compared to those that actually have dealt with Milliman customer service.
Definitely read previously posted reviews. All I can say is Ditto Ditto Ditto.
