One of the worse companies I ever dealt with . They don’t care about anything or anyone
Im not a lawyer but there has to be some legal action to take here. Not only did it take a month to get them to send me a check from my retirement plan for a very serious emergency but when the apparently sent it and its no where to be found a week later, I am told it takes a few business days to verify my account in order to check if and when the check was sent. I totally hate that my employer uses this company as their financial backing because they are terrible no one is knowledgeable of anything no one will help you and everyone just passes you off and put you on hold and sit there and watch the phone go but they are absolutely the worst
Apparently being dissatisfied with my rate of return means im rude. This company is a joke and cant even outperform the market. Don't trust them with your retirement.
