Defiantly nicer trailer parks.
IF you can actually get approved to move into this MH park...DONT DO IT. The manager, Jessie, is the most unprofessional, rude, and discriminatory "manager" I have ever had to deal with. She actually said she has NO qualifying criteria for applicants interested in moving into the lot, she just looks at the app and makes her decision. During our first meeting to pick up an app she dropped the F-bomb in regards to a carpet company issue.
