this is second summer of trying to get our air conditioning running. we have paid several thousand dollars. they have been aware of the problem (wrong coil size!). We have been waiting for a "part" for months now. Correspondence is poor and when we do manage to talk to a person, follow thru also is poor. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
