I usually would not leave a review like this but feel i have to in order to warn others. Miliken came to my house 10 years ago to repair water damage. They redid an entire master bath and it looked great on the surface. Fast forward to this month where i had another water leak underneath the bathroom (different area) and lo and behold the mold remediation company had to remove everything that Miliken previously repaired. We hired Milliken Construction, INC to remodel our master bathroom. Ted came over, we discussed what we wanted and we gave him sketches of how we wanted the remodeling to look. Needless to say when the work was completed, we were extatic at the results. His contractors were amazing, conscientious, cleaned up after themselves before leaving and were very professional.
