Don’t appreciate hard workers. Shows favoritism and discrimination towards minorities. Management is pure awful! Wouldn’t recommend anyone to work here. I gave 4 years to this company and was terminated because of what a supervisor reported which was not true and not fair. I wasn’t give a warning, write up or anything it was straight termination. Prior to that I had no write ups for anything. No attendance pints or nothing! Just the worst management ever!
I initially joined Milliken because of an acquaintance who recommended the company to me. From the moment I arrived, however, I felt alienated. Whether it was because I’m young, gay, or perhaps because I was replacing a valued team member, I’m not entirely sure, but it was clear I wasn’t fully accepted.
