Professional office with down to earth team. Experienced and skilled. Since the procedure is only 15 minutes, I chose local anesthesia instead of general anesthesia. Pain is manageable and short-lived. Recovery is quick and I walk out of there able to continue on with my day. I have had several veins done over the past few years, and I go back when I need more work done. That in itself tells you I trust Dr. Milligan to treat me right. He'll do the same for you.
