FNP Once you meet Dr. Milligan you will quickly discover his love for medicine and the excellent care that he provides to all patients! He always has time to listen to concerns and address questions. The office staff is professional and friendly. Dr. Milligan is a very knowledgeable and caring physician!
research technician Dr. Milligan has always been available whenever I needed an appointment or if it was an emergency. He never rushed me out of his office and always answered my questions and provided the best possible care that he could. His staff is courteous and friendly and they make you feel as comfortable as possible. He's always recommended the correct medications/treatments that I needed and I have referred several of my friends and family to him.
Great Doctor, Great Man Dr. Milligan is one of the most knowledgable Dr.'s that I have ever seen. He is always available to answer my questions and always solves my problems. His passion and love of medicine is evident on all of my visits. I realize that he may spend extra time with patients which can get him behind but I take that into account when scheduling my appointments. It is worth the time to get excellent care. Great Doctor. Great Man.
Destroyed Renay as he often went by when he called our home successfully sought to seduce my wife and cheat on whatever relationship he has. I found out about the affair through phone records. Many calls from his Delaware office. Some from what I assume to be his cell phone with a 215 prefix. Beware husbands and unsuspecting wives. He may have even been in your house.
Mr. Chris Dr. Milligan is a philanderer. He is an adulterous leech. I trusted him and he slept with my wife and several other patients. He is a dirty home wrecker.
feeling fine I would recommend Dr. Milligan to anyone. Smart, caring guy who really takes the time to know his patients. I came to him after about a year and a half of feeling ill and not knowing why. I had tried several specialists; spent tons of money; still, none of them could diagnose my condition. I walked into Dr. Milligan's office about 5 months ago. He diagnosed my problem on my first visit. I am feeling much better now.
