We moved into our house 4 years ago and have been using ever since. They have done major work for us, replacing our boiler, switch our house from propane to natural gas, replaced two A/C units, and replaced a life breath unit. Those guys do great work, very hardworking, punctual, great communication and professionalism. Our inspector showed up at 10 o clock at night and we were close enough by Andrew came over to meet him and went above and beyond for us.
We recently had to replace our oil tank because the time limit of 20 years was fast approaching. Andrew met with us and suggested we install the Heat Pump system. He also informed us that there was a Government Grant for this type of heating. We proceeded with them, they did a fantastic job!!! Andrew and Lori were professional troopers!! Any questions or queries they answered. GREAT JOB! We would definitely recommend this company. I hired Milligan Heating and Cooling to install a new furnace, heat pump, and tankless hot water tank. They did a stellar job from start to finish, helped accommodate some special requests, and maintained excellent communication throughout. Great service all around and would highly recommend Milligan to anyone.
My furnance stopped working. I noticed at 9:30pm on a Saturday. I called the number and a caring voice answered. I was so happy and pleasently surprised. 10 minutes after the repair man called me and gave me some instructions. In the morning he came very early as he said he was thinking about me to not be cold. This is a family business and they take care of people. I asked if he loves doing what he does and said he loves helping people, and helping he did, told me some wonderful stories too.
