Awful experience and seeking legal justice Bill Milligan of Milligan Concrete lied to us many times in the months we trusted him to work at our home. He won the yard project bid claiming a one month completion schedule. 6 months later we hired a lawyer to seek payment for our damages. We witnessed Bill's crew cut the roots to a 100 year old tree at our home and it died. Bill claims his crew cut no roots. Bill also installed stonework so poorly that it is now a hazard on our property.
