First time I brought my dog we asked for a trim and they cut off so much of the fur. It wasn’t a bad job but not what we asked for. He was visibly anxious when we went to pick him up. Decided to give it a second try because of the convenient location, but the lady who scheduled the appointment was so rude to the point of being nasty. Decided to take our business elsewhere even if the drive is a little further. Definitely don’t recommend.
This was my go to for my pup who has black nails. I used to take her here every 2 weeks. 3 times I've come during regular working hrs/days and they've closed hours early. Extremely inconvenient and unprofessional.
Yea long story short they cut my dog and then banned us from bringing him back because we were trying to figure out what happened. Thought when I heard this story it was a joke but here we are.
