Not about the patient care
Dr. Millien is very knowledgeable, patience and a good listener. He takes his time with me as a patient and make sure I understanding the disease process . His office has helped me with my pre-op clearances promptly, I have never had to wait too long to see him. His front desk receptionist is very kind and courteous.
Dr Millien is very professional and he speaks French. Great physician and easy appointment process. I recommend Dr Millien to all French Canadians in Florida.
I found this doctor from USCIS's authorized Doctor list, however, my experience was horrible. I was told that my medical examination form is ready for PICK UP but after 2 hours waiting, I am still here. I went to ask the front desk lady how long do I still have to wait because I need to go back to work, she said you can come and pick it up tomorrow (what???). Maybe I don't know what does PICK UP mean. After this time I hope I do never have to come back for anything.
By far the worst Doctor I have ever seen. He was VERY cold acting and rude towards me. I wanted to say you know what? NEVERMIND and run out of there as fast as I could after only 2 minutes. I could not understand his English at all and everything he said sounded muffled. He was not helpful at all. I was afraid to ask questions. I scheduled the appointment because of some health concerns and I left no better than I went in. Going there was such a mistake. Save yourself time, go someplace else.
horrible Doctor the ladies at the desk were nice but the doctor was very rude to me. I'm a soldier in the Army I went there to talk about getting help for my depression and get a referral for a specialist for my back and I literally had to yell at him cause he did not care and didn't think I needed help even though I have 3 spine specialist tell me what was wrong with my back and need a referral to see another kind of specialist then what really pissed me off he said the depression was normal no
