Everytime I have went the ladies checking you in are super friendly. I have managed to get the same tech for my mammograms the last couple of years. She is quick and friendly. It's normal to have a wait before your appointment it seems. I am normally waiting about 30 mins past my appointment before getting back , but once back it goes fast.
Appointment scheduled for 9am on a Saturday. Arrived early for appointment. Sat for an hour in the waiting area watching patients who came in after me be seen first. After an hour and 15 minutes of waiting and not being seen I left due to having another appointment. Will be my last time coming to this facility. Will schedule my test at another facility
No issues. Friendly staff. In and out.
Disappointed to say that I was scheduled for a mammogram by my OBGYN at this facility. I was required to pay for services upfront at the imaging center before being seen. When being seen they denied me a mammogram because of my age. (My OBGYN who sees me is well aware of this information). While the staff was polite, I was not given the services I was sent for. The check in staff were polite and professional . The staff in the back were rude, and short with patients waiting. They seemed disorganized and annoyed. I usually go to the Norfolk women center which I really like. Quick in and out, I am 40 minutes passed my appt time and still waiting
