Millie is not just for the pregnant chicks! I found them while seeking assistance for my perimenopause journey/struggle, and was so happy to find such caring, attentive care from Erin Herman. They make me feel more comfortable than any ob/gyn I have gone to previously.
I attended Millie for the birth of my second. I appreciated the bedside manner, patient care, and short wait times for appointments. That said, there were administrative hiccups particularly with referrals and orders: my PT referral, my RSV vaccine, my stress test, and a lab order were not sent or filed incorrectly the first time. Over the course of my pregnancy needing to ask for things twice, visit labs and pharmacies twice because the order wasn't in did add up. I was excited to try out this clinic with my second pregnancy. It promises consistent and holistic care -- and while I thought I had a good enough team with my first pregnancy -- I was looking forward to a change with my second pregnacy. Choosing this clinic was truly one of the best decisions I made during my pregnancy. Joana and Aqueelah supported me every step of the way from my earliest appointments all the way up to the final weeks. They were patient, caring, and always made sure I felt heard and understood. Millie Clinic was exactly the sort of pregnancy care I was hoping for! I found them about halfway through my pregnancy and switched providers and I am so glad I did that. The delivery did not go as planned and I ended up getting a c-section. The coordination between the staff at Alta Bates and the Millie staff was superb. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
