Incredible staff. Caring, warm people!
Dismissed my concerns and request for a screening for ovarian cysts or endometriosis based on my age (19), prescribed me birth control and gave me 3 over the counter ibuprofen pills to pop just five minutes before IUD insertion. Was one of the most painful experiences of my life. Gave me no pain medication prescriptions, sent me home bleeding and feeling faint with the worst cramps of my life for the next 2.5 months while I moved to college 230 miles away from my providers and reached out to them they were not useful, left m... read more
