We are half way through our first annual maintenance contract with Commercial Floor Service. We are very pleased with their efforts to clean and maintain the carpeted areas in our office. We have low pile carpet squares using three different colors and patterns. The carpet wears well, but tends to show stains. CFS performed a deep cleaning of all of our carpets at the beginning of the contract and have come back quarterly to address stains and clean areas according to a maintenance plan.
