Need to fix your website, when I pay for a ticket and the timeslot says 7:45, and you start kicking us out at 5:45 because today it’s 6 o’clock but sometimes at 7:45. It’s really frustrating. And if I am paying till 6 o’clock, you should allow me to be in the pool until 6 o’clock , if you’re gonna kick me out at 5:45, have that be the time slot ending time
I don't like that you have to book a time slot, but the time slots are longer than other pools, which is great. There was miscommunication about how long the last time slot was supposed to be. Originally, we were told it went until 7:45 p.m., but then we were asked to leave the pool earlier. I also hate that you are asked to leave the pool before your time slot ends, which makes your time even shorter. I miss the days when you could go to the outdoor pool and go home when you wanted.
