Have been put back on warfarin so I am now having my INR checked. The standard of care and the attention to detail is top class. This is the service you always get when attending this practice whether it is medical or clerical.

Have had contact with the practice on many occasions recently, and have been associated with it for many years. The online appointment booking and triage system works wonderfully well and is first class. All the staff work hard to provide a service that must rank so high that the practice must be in that elite section of the countries GP surgeries. You always know that the care and attention is top class and that the best care plan for you is what you will always receive.

Developed an health issue so contact with the practice via the online appointment service was used. A very short time later contact was made via a phone call to go to TGH A&E which I did. I was discharged but with tests to have in the very near future. The care and attention you get from the practice is always first class with today being no different. This is a first class practice that I would recommend to anyone moving into the area.

My last appointment was for a blood test. For all my appointments I turn up early as I would rather sit in the waiting room than be on the last minute. I never expect to be seen earlier than my appointment time but on this occasion I was. The nurse who carried out the procedure was caring, efficient and professional. She explained the procedure regarding the results to my satisfaction.
