Joke receptionist rude couldn't speak to doctor ended up A&E with son . receptionist did get bk in touch by that time hospital already gave everything we needed going to change doctors terrible they can treat children this way.
These used to be really good doctors and used to have good receptionist staff aswell. Not anymore the receptionist staff are rude. My daughter phoned the doctors this morning as the doctor refered her to the wrong department at the RVI. I said in the back ground as my daughter had her phone on speaker. Why should she have to do another econsult. When the doctor should have automatic referred her to the right department at the hospital. The receptionist on the phone was rude. This doctors surgery has gone down.
