Disgusting medical centre. Looking to change to a better place. You never seem to get an appointment when needed. Their online system is practically useless and they always fail to respond even when you do use their online system. The doctors here aren't any better. Had a terrible experience where I was looked at by a trainee doctor which they never told me about until after I wanted to raise a complaint. Pathetic!!

I were registered with this GP for long time and never had problems until l needed help . The doctor was useless. 3 and half years l didn't even came to them , after that l popped in to update my personal details and l received £100 fine for parking . NHS never send any information as rules are changed for parking . I am 61 and have to use glasses for reading , l couldn't read what they wrote on the wall and there no sing or direction on entrance door . They doing that internally to collect the money from people. Worst exper... read more
