Heather Fremont and the team at Milfield are very deceptive. We had a house built with them because the location was ideal. Heather strongly encouraged us to buy a flooring she claimed was waterproof, which we could not have been more specific that we needed. The floor wasn’t, and when confronted when the floor became damaged I a year, they played dumb. They did the same thing to our neighbor the flooring was since discontinued, so I can conclude she was given incentive to sell the soon to be discontinued floor.
