I talked with Kay on a Friday and she said that they could replace my cart batteries and that they could pick up my golf cart on Monday. On Monday I called and texted about what time they would be here. I tried again on Tuesday but still no reply. One week later and still no response. I’d think twice before dealing with this company. Their customer service sucks!
