The electricians turned up on time, I asked them to complete a tricky job, which they approached really well, the outcome was terrific, and I was extremely happy with the result. The guys cleaned up and left everything as they found it.
Friendly, courteous staff, and zero drama 😺
Didn't bother responding to my initial and follow-up request for a quote. I actually saw a MW electrician near my residence, introduced myself, explained our disappointment with non-responsive electricians and asked for a business card. He readily provided me a fridge magnet with contact details. I followed up shortly afterwards - nothing. MW has lost a potential business multiplier, earned a poor rating. and wasted resources with a piece of marketing destined for landfill.
Moved house in Richmond and had a few different electrical tasks. Can't speak highly enough of Cameron (and Rob). Very professional, very efficient. Will use their services again and highly recommend to others!
