This was one of the worst experiences I have had in repairs. The so called tech was there for 4 hours. Cut his hand, had to go to an auto parts store for a washer belt, they were given the model number ahead of time. Washer did not work at all when he left. I spent $135.00 for nothing. Had to call another repair man. Customer service never returned my call after five calls to them. Tech said he did a wonderful job and would return to look at it again for 75.00 more dollars.
