RENTERS BEWARE. I've rented and been a landlord, and this is the worst agency I've dealt with as a renter. Landlords gave us notice to vacate and we left the property in great condition, by far cleaner than when we moved in and was told it wasn't clean and was sent a list of about 40 things to 'clean' but never sent had photos to prove it wasnt clean, It seemed as though the property wasn't even properly inspected.
