Don't use if you don't have to. I had an emergency situation and my family had to call for ambulance. When they arrived I was unconscious on the floor and had been for some time. No one knew what happened to me and the EMT was moving me with no neck collar and no back board even though my family kept telling them not to. When family asked about a back board she was told they didn't have one. WHY DOES THE ONLY AMBULANCE COMPANY IN MILLERSBURG NOT HAVE A NECK COLLAR OR BACK BOARD???
