I called the vet and sent pictures because I was concerned about my dogs vulva, Ashley told me it was totally normal and my dog was just going through her heat cycle. I called a different vet and it is actually a skin infection. So they definitely don’t know what they’re doing.

Today I took Ivy to our Vet’s office because of her Hot Spots under her front paws( arm pits) all of our Bassets have had hot spots but nothing like hers. They did a skin scrape and no parasites, thinking allergies of some kind, but today Dr. Champion at Millersburg Animal Clinic, gave her a depo shot( steroids) and I’m so grateful because she has not licked or scratched since we been home. 🙏🏻 no more T-shirt for her.
