After waiting for 2 other tow companies that did not show up, Millers towing came through. Tyler was an absolute gentleman and very professional. He said they were super busy and apologized for the delay. Way to go Tyler and Millers Towing!

Horrible horrible horrible ! We waited, stranded, for 6 hours and they never showed. Finally forced to call another towing company to get us back to Dallas. Everytime we called, they said they were on their way. Unprofessional!

I had to have my car towed last night. While on the phone with Bre (apparently the only kind and professional person working there) discussing where we were going to have it towed, the tow man called. I placed her on hold to answer his call. I explained to him that she was on the other line checking the distance my insurance company would cover for the tow and asked him if he could please hold so I could find out this info for him. Horrible customer service!! Do not use them!! They gave me an ETA of 90-120 min then added 20 more min. 35 min later I called and they said another hour at least! I would not recommend them. Told my insurance they should drop them

Said they been coming for last today to get my broken down vehicle. Then hung up when asked when are they honestly coming. Got with my road side assistant group and they got me a honest tow company.
