It will be a cold day in hell before I spend my hard earned money at Miller's Surplus downtown again. Asked 2 different employees for help, one was rude as hell, the other straight up ignored me and kept walking. There were only 5 other customers in the place besides me and my brother. So much for Small Business Saturday....
It's my favorite store I take my kids there sometimes just to poke around I buy my work clothes there buy anything that has to do with being outdoorsy the people that work there or always friendly and I would recommend this place to anyone in Tucson and the surrounding areas
The manager at the Craycroft location was very rude and more or less told us it was our fault that the cast iron skillet we purchased from them last year which should have come with a lid didn't. He told us that he wouldn't order one for us even though we told him we would wait until he placed an order. Then he told us it would be an additional $10. We have been loyal customers of theirs for almost 10 years now and now we will not be going back to this location we will drive to the downtown location from now on. We were tota... read more
