They are not accredited by the BBB, they do not document the customer request very well, difficult to reach, slow to respond, skill set fix issues after the fact unsatisfactory at best. Had to hire another business to repair their work. Another tip, do not pay them in full until the work is complete and 100% inspected. Wait til it rains to ensure no leaks before payment! Ive learned many lessons from them!
Amateur quality of work – Learned my lesson going with the cheapest quote. Amateur quality install job and terrible customer service. You get what you pay for. These guys were the cheapest and their quality of work shows it. Spend the extra money and avoid Miller's screen.
