From the minute Mark Hughes came to our house to give us a quote on expanding our lanai, we knew we would use Miller for our lanai. He made us very comfortable and he was very knowledgeable. He gave us great ideas on design and worked with us from start to finish. He was always available when we had a question and we appreciated him making us feel important as customers. We will definitely recommend using him and Miller Screens to our friends and family.
We had a hole in the top of one of the panels where it connected to the frame, “Joe” was dispatched to fix it and caulk a leak in the gutter. His work was fast and he completely rectified the problem. The work performed was quick and the technician was polite and courteous , he checked the entire lanai fo problems and defects. Thank you Miller for standing up for your product and honoring your guarantee.
These guys did an exceptional job on my new screen porch. Quality work and materials. Very professional crew. Bowen was super customer oriented. I could reach out at anytime with questions before the install and Bowen would respond back with answers in a flash. The crew that did the install Roger and Gage were skilled, knowledgeable got the job done with the quickness. Just a couple of days is all it took. Highly recommend Millers.
